Biography of Tathagata Mitra

Tathagata was born in 1977, in India, and completed his undergraduation at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, in 2000. He worked for a year in a startup, which had been started by a few batchmates of his at IIT, and then joined UCSD in Fall, 2001, for his PhD. He is spending time, learning about the lab and the ongoing research projects, and doing courses; the objective being that he can decide his own research area, broadly, soon.
