Markus is a visiting scholar from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He was born in Mannheim, Germany. After he'd finished the "Abitur" in Germany he joined the german army - 3./272 Parachute. Then he went to Stuttgart to study aero- nautics. After gainig a bachelor-degree (Vordipom)he switched to mechanical engineering. He's now at the CMRR to do his master-thesis to gain a Dipl.Ing degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
